I want to try squatting but I'm really nervous cause I've never done it and I feel like I will look really dumb haha and also I would do it alone that's okay right?

Oh don’t say that! Squatting is such a good thing and no one will think of you as dumb. I squat alone all the time. Turn on that music and get to it :)

How many times a week do you squat? Also, do you recommend the Smith machine for squatting?

2 times a week!! And no I don’t recommend it really because you can easily cheat on the smith machine. You can more weight because of the sliding factor on it but I don’t believe it’s the right way to squat
